Analysis:Lynch worked rather efficiently, tossing 38 of his 59 pitches for strikes, but he's not quite yet built up to handle a traditional starter's workload. Sunday still marked a season-long outing for the southpaw, who has struggled to a 6.57 ERA and 1.38 WHIP in 12.1 innings as a starter versus a 1.96 ERA and 0.93 WHIP in 46 frames as a reliever. Lynch, who has a 2.93 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and 43:17 K:BB for the season, will be looking to reach the 60-pitch marker for the first time this year his next time out against Cleveland.
