Analysis:Im qualified for the BMW Championship following a T5 performance at last week's St. Jude Championship, and he needed another big week in St. Louis to move into the top-30 of the FedExCup Standings and earn a spot in the TOUR Championship. Im was well on his way to do just that after opening rounds of 67-64, though he lost momentum Saturday with an even-par 70. Things got worse Sunday after he opened the round with three bogeys over his first six holes, though he kept himself on the bubble with an eagle on the par-5 eighth. However, Im could not make the late surge he needed on the back nine, and his top-10 finish at Bellerive Country Club moved him only three spots up to 37th in the Standings. He led the field with 5.59 strokes gained on the green while ranking ninth in SG: Off-the-Tee and T10 in driving accuracy, though he also ranked outside the top-40 in SG: Approach. Im's next chance to tee off at a PGA Tour event is Sept. 17 at the Biltmore Championship Asheville.
